Building on the Past, Pioneering the Future

Our approach centered on creating a brand identity representing CorriXR’s scientific innovations while enhancing their visibility to funders and industry partners. To honor their connection to ChristianaCare, we integrated familiar elements from ChristianaCare’s color palette, ensuring the brand would feel distinct but connected to its origins. The end result is a cohesive brand identity that combines a sleek, professional logo with design elements reflecting CorriXR’s scientific mission. CorriXR’s new brand creates a powerful foundation for growth—capturing the attention of funders and industry leaders alike as they move forward in their journey to revolutionize cancer treatment.

The CorriXR logo combines sleek design with deep meaning. The “X” incorporates diagonal lines that evoke the double helix, signaling CorriXR’s groundbreaking work in gene editing. The “pieces” in the “X” represent how the innovative technology “cuts out” pieces of DNA to weaken cancer cells. At the same time, the design suggests the intersection of new pathways, a visual nod to CorriXR’s focus on innovation and disrupting the norm in therapeutics.

The website brings this identity to life, visually emphasizing the company’s technology and commitment to advancing gene editing research. We also focused on showcasing the many female scientists driving CorriXR’s research using thoughtfully selected imagery for the website. Together, these brand elements create a strong presence for CorriXR, highlighting both their expertise and their unique story.

Award-winning results

The launch of CorriXR’s new brand identity has had a significant impact, with the company’s innovative design earning accolades in the industry. The branding received a GDUSA Design Award—a prestigious recognition that highlights excellence in creative work across various industries—and was additionally featured in GDUSA’s Design Awards showcase. 

Since the rebrand, CorriXR has continued to grow, welcoming a new CEO, adding two influential board members, and securing venture capital investment. These milestones highlight how our work has positioned CorriXR for success and helped propel its mission forward.
