About the Role:

As the Paid Digital Media Manager, you’ll manage and guide client digital campaigns while mentoring junior team members. • Interface with clients to present monthly analytics results.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns and ad budgets across platforms like Google Search/Display, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop strategy and provide recommendations for targeting, platforms, budgets, copy, and creative direction.
  • Ensure campaigns align with client business goals; recommend optimizations when performance lags.
  • Partner with project managers to prioritize tasks, manage production team efforts, and keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Coordinate with writers and designers to deliver on-brand, goal-driven ad assets; review deliverables for strategic alignment.
  • Use tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Clarity for reporting; troubleshoot technical issues across platforms.
  • Investigate performance anomalies, suggest process improvements, and explore new tools, platforms, and campaign types.
  • Show strong attention to detail, personal accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and digital paid advertising. Agency experience, and leadership/mentoring experience are strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with junior staff and/or contractors in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
  • Expertise in paid digital advertising across search and social media channels.
  • High proficiency with campaign management, ad platforms, and budget oversight.
  • Strategic mindset paired with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
  • Familiarity with keyword research, SEO/SEM tactics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Looker Studio, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex data into clear, client-facing insights.
  • Bonus: design knowledge, CRM/email experience, or certifications in Google Ads and Meta platforms.

Tools We Use:

Notion | Google Suite | Discord | Harvest | Dropbox | AirTable | Buffer | Google Looker Studio | Supermetrics | Ahrefs | Microsoft Clarity

You’ll Get:

  • Compensation based on experience and best-fit, budgeted $60-75k.
  • 4 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks paid sick time, and paid holidays.
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
  • Office located in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. Parking is provided.
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • Short-term and long-term disability (company-paid).
  • 401(k) with up to 4% match.
  • Professional development time and tools.
  • Plenty of snacks and a genuinely great team.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about the office to access equipment or supplies.
  • Constant use of computers and other office tools.
  • Occasional travel or event attendance may be required.
