A Celebration of Film-Making Magic
Our goal was to create an immersive online journey that would virtually transport fans to the halls of Hogwarts™. First Ascent led the effort to rewrite and redesign creative assets, manage licensing approvals with Warner Brothers, handle translations across five languages, build individual pages for each new location launch, and secure the site’s top ranking in online searches.
Millions of Muggles Reached
By the end of 2023, traffic to the exhibition’s website ecosystem totaled 6.4 million users, garnering 12.1 million pageviews. Harry Potter™: the Exhibition has since sold over 2M tickets to visitors in 9 countries as of Q1 in 2024. Additionally, our partnership with Imagine Exhibitions has expanded into a marketing retainer for the development and execution of email campaigns, which achieve an open rate of 54.27% and exceed the industry benchmark of 17.38%.
