The Pilot School

The Pilot School is a specialized school in Wilmington, DE that provides custom-designed, flexible curricula for children ages 5-14 with language-based learning differences.

Pilot School has been a distinctive figure in the education space for children with learning differences, but they were struggling to communicate their amazing services to those who would benefit most.

We’ve had the opportunity to partner with The Pilot School to increase enrollment via digital marketing, including a website redesign, social media support, and search engine advertising.

Approach

As a specialized niche school, getting the word out to the right communities is important. In 2019, Pilot realized they needed to incorporate digital advertising into their marketing mix to drive more inquiries from prospective families. We knew to begin sharing their story and help increase enrollment, our marketing strategy had to be based on specific and targeted research.
We were also able to advise on traditional marketing efforts in a way that worked well with their digital marketing efforts.

How We helped

The goal was to reach more of the right people, and we made it happen with SEO strategy and social media ads. Our search targeted different campaigns, different ad groups, and different learning differences. Through implementing successful SEO strategies the school’s leads increased significantly. We also jumped in to take over organic social media and put paid ads in place to strengthen their online presence.

The Results

The school needed to boost enrollment when they started but now they are at a healthy enrollment and growing. Let’s highlight the inquiry stat (expensive, private school). Our marketing efforts have yielded new leads at cost per conversion well under the more traditional marketing efforts that were replaced with digital. Even throughout the COVID-19 crisis, leads are successfully engaging with Pilot School.
