Nicole is a Digital Marketing Professional with years of experience specializing in content- and inbound-marketing, alongside blogging and social media. She brings a business background and perspective to marketing problem solving, having previously built and run a small Philadelphia-based digital marketing agency before joining First Ascent. When not writing witty copy, she can be found caring for her (numerous) foster cats.

Gavin is a client-focused operational leader with a mission of keeping the team and their projects on-track and moving forward. With 15 years in managing and delivering digital projects, he’s led digital teams and projects for Fortune 50 companies for brands such as JPMorganChase, Morgan Stanley, Fiserv, as well as The Project Management Institute, Curbside Value Partnership, Wawa, the State of Georgia, and Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

Sean is on a mission to make the internet a slightly less chaotic place. As Lead Developer at First Ascent, he leads a team that crafts beautiful, functional digital experiences that are both innovative and surprisingly free of embarrassing typos. His days are filled with wrangling code and (mostly metaphorically) herding developers. Outside of work, Sean enjoys designing and teaching percussion ensembles, catching live sets with friends, and trying not to be disappointed in his local sports teams.
