Delaware Teacher Pathways Showcase supports aspiring and current educators by helping them explore teaching careers and access resources across the state. Our partnership began with a landing page for their annual Showcase that streamlined registration and centralized all event information. After a successful 2025 event, the team decided to establish a more defined brand identity to support future growth. We developed a new logo, a custom color palette, and clear typography standards to give the initiative a professional foundation for years to come.

Building the Pathway Online
Before we built the showcase landing page, event details were fragmented across different channels, making it difficult for attendees to find what they needed. We designed this page to be a single source of truth, centralizing the speaker lineup, full schedule, and sponsor recognition in one place. By embedding custom forms, we replaced a disjointed registration process with a streamlined system that easily handled both individual and group sign-ups. This gave educators a clear, professional entry point that built confidence in the event from the moment they registered.
Charting a Course for the Future
After the inaugural showcase, the Delaware Teacher Pathways Showcase team realized they needed a permanent identity to support the initiative’s long-term growth. While the landing page and event graphics helped get the word out, the program still lacked a distinct logo, color palette, and typography to call its own. We wanted to move beyond one-off event materials and build a brand that truly reflected their values while positioning Delaware as a leader in educator preparation.
Defining a Visual North Star
The new logo features a path leading toward a guiding star, a nod to both the initiative’s commitment to educators and Delaware’s identity as the “Diamond State”. We balanced a blue and yellow palette with bright teal accents to bring energy to the brand. We also selected typography that prioritizes legibility across everything from digital screens to printed event signage. This system makes the Showcase instantly recognizable and provides a professional presence that can evolve as the initiative grows.

Delaware Teacher Pathways Showcase now has a unique identity that ties the showcase and the broader initiative together. The landing page, logo, and visual assets all work in harmony to reflect the program’s values and make it easy for attendees and sponsors to connect with confidence.
