Great Oaks needed a fresh, authentic way to reflect its growth and potential while moving beyond outdated perceptions. We began by focusing on the school’s digital presence, identifying the website as a key opportunity to reset the narrative. Our strategy centered on creating a welcoming platform for families, with warm, community-focused visuals, intuitive navigation, and clear messaging.
Some materials, like brochures and postcards, were also produced in Spanish to support accessibility. These assets spotlight what makes Great Oaks distinct: strong mentorship, dedicated educators, and a deep commitment to student success. Every design and content choice reinforced the school’s focus on inclusion, academic excellence, and meaningful connection.
Changing Minds Through Storytelling and Strategy
To shift public perception and increase enrollment, we launched targeted digital ad campaigns paired with refreshed organic social media content. These efforts showcased student achievements, faculty dedication, and campus life, all designed to inspire confidence and encourage families to connect. Beyond digital outreach, we developed a full suite of branded materials, from banner stands and presentation decks to everyday swag like mugs and notebooks. These items helped Great Oaks show up with pride and foster a sense of belonging for students, staff, and families alike.
