Case Study

Rodney Square Conservancy

The Rodney Square Conservancy is a collaborative effort between residents, government, and businesses in Wilmington, Delaware, all united by one goal: revitalizing and preserving Rodney Square for generations to come. When the Conservancy launched the Rodney Square Works Project in 2019—a multi-phase renovation of this iconic landmark—they realized it was about more than construction. They partnered with us to craft a website and social media strategy that would raise awareness, inspire community engagement, and build a foundation of lasting support.

Fusing Past, Present, and Future for A New Digital Experience

We brought Rodney Square’s story to life by weaving together historical insights about the district, interactive renderings of upcoming enhancements, and vibrant images and video of the square. The Conservancy’s website tells a compelling story that highlights Rodney Square’s past, present, and future. To build on the success of the website, we expanded the Conservancy’s reach by creating social media channels that mirror its story and mission. These platforms were designed to bring the same sense of community and connection to the digital space, amplifying their message and engaging with the people who love and use Rodney Square.

Over the years, we’ve continued to support the Conservancy with strategic messaging and campaigns. This work has included creating a messaging playbook, press releases, media advisories, social media content, print marketing materials, and local advertisements. From showcasing the square’s community impact to securing funding support from the local businesses, our efforts have been focused on strengthening connections and driving meaningful engagement.
