SunnyMac SOLAR

SunnyMac has been delivering solar solutions in the mid-Atlantic region for over 15 years. As a seasoned EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) provider, they know how to get results. But their website wasn’t pulling its weight. It wasn’t set up to support digital advertising, and it wasn’t giving the inside sales team what they needed to convert interest into action.

With growth on the horizon, SunnyMac needed more than a visual refresh. They needed a website built for performance. One that could capture leads, support campaigns, and give their team the tools to guide customers through the full sales journey. That’s where we came in.

A Coordinated Approach to Fast-Track Discovery, Design, and Launch

SunnyMac came to us with an ambitious timeline for their new website, and we were up for the challenge. With the launch as a top priority for their new internal marketing team, they stayed closely involved—joining weekly check-ins, turning around feedback quickly, and keeping the momentum going. That tight collaboration helped us cut our typical timeline by a third and still launch on schedule without cutting corners.

You can’t build a high-performing site without a solid plan and a team that makes it happen. We kicked off with stakeholder interviews to understand SunnyMac’s sales process, team needs, and site goals. From there, clear priorities, fast decisions, and weekly check-ins kept things moving. This high-velocity approach helped us move quickly from discovery through copy, design, and development.

Mapping a Clear Path, from First Click to Contact

We designed every step of the user journey with one goal in mind: to make it easy to get in touch. By streamlining the sitemap and cutting out unnecessary clicks, we created a frictionless path to the contact form. At the same time, we refined the copy to align with SunnyMac’s brand, highlighting their expertise and company values and building trust from the first interaction. On the design side, we updated SunnyMac’s brand identity with custom iconography and visual elements, which have since been applied throughout the customer journey, including marketing materials and company trucks, helping to create a consistent and recognizable presence.

Powering Continued Success with a Site That Lights the Way

Our collaboration went beyond building a website—it was about creating a strategic tool for SunnyMac’s business and marketing needs. We delivered a site fully integrated with HubSpot for lead tracking and SubcontractorHub for quote generation. Now, the site powers ad campaigns, supports sales, and gives SunnyMac complete control over its customer journey. With a sleek design and messaging that speaks directly to its audience, SunnyMac is poised for ongoing success in the growing green energy industry.
