Alice Carrillo

Alice is First Ascent’s resident digital detective. From launching ads and email campaigns to tracking KPIs like traffic, leads, and conversion rates, she’ll happily go down the rabbit hole. She keeps data and reports organized and steps up whenever the team needs an extra set of hands.

Alice graduated cum laude with a degree in Information and Communication Technology. She joined First Ascent during the height of the pandemic in 2021 as a Digital Marketing Assistant and is certified in Google Search, Display, and Video ads.

On weekends, you’ll find Alice and her son taking long drives to hunt for hidden waterfalls, visiting mountain cafes, or building sandcastles at the beach.

Fun Fact: Alice regularly gets dinosaur lessons from her son, who somehow pronounces complex dinosaur names far better than she can!
