Every project has a missing puzzle piece, and Chelsea finds it. As a Marketing Strategist at First Ascent, she connects one idea to the next and holds the work to a high bar from kickoff to launch (and well after). She’s known for earning trust fast and asking the 20 questions nobody else thought of.
Chelsea has 8+ years of experience across healthcare, nonprofit, government, and agency work. She started as a Health Educator at Johns Hopkins, then spent nearly five years in federal health communications at HRSA, where she co-managed the relaunch of the Health Workforce Connector and earned two agency awards. Most recently, she managed a full portfolio of client accounts at a digital agency and kept a 95% retention rate.
Off the clock, you’ll find Chelsea outdoors with her dog, Judah, in blistering heat or bitter cold. She also loves chasing her two nephews around, getting lost in a good murder mystery, and grabbing the best seat for a solo dinner.
Fun Fact: After college, Chelsea covered 27 states in 28 days, from Yosemite and Bryce Canyon to Crater Lake and the Everglades. Her camera roll still backs her up.
