A graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Kelli Reardon’s expertise spans visual identities, web design, print, and more. Her focus is always on helping clients bring their vision to life through design that communicates effectively and creatively.
As Lead Designer at First Ascent, Kelli guides a team of three designers in transforming visual storytelling into a meaningful, adaptable tool that connects with audiences. Her approach is simple. She keeps design consistent within brand guidelines, while constantly pushing for fresh, innovative directions.
Outside of work, she draws inspiration from galleries, museums, and exhibitions, continually exploring how art shapes the world around us.
