If a process or project has a wrinkle, Paige irons it out. She has a serious knack for ensuring the team works efficiently and day-to-day operations flow smoothly. When she’s not wrangling processes, she’s overseeing her clients’ timelines, budgets, and overall needs. Her bread and butter? Coordinating website builds and turning brainstorming sessions into structured workflows.
Before joining First Ascent, she started her career in the planning industry, helping people find the calendars and tools they needed to stay on track. Organization runs in her blood!
Outside of work, Paige volunteers with District Cleanups, a nonprofit that picks up trash in different D.C. neighborhoods each month. She also enjoys yoga, spending time in nature, and painting (especially pet portraits).
Fun Fact: Paige is a super-commuter, traveling more than 100 miles to join the team in the office. Distance makes the heart grow fonder!
