Pauline Himics is the co-founder and lead strategist at First Ascent. With a background in communications, marketing, and design (and experience in both agency and in-house roles), she’s spent over a decade helping organizations figure out what they need and how to get there. She’s known for connecting the dots between strategy and execution, keeping the big picture in focus while making sure the details are right.
Over the past 12 years, Pauline has led brand strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and full-scale website redesigns across a range of industries. Clients trust her to understand what they need, build a clear plan, and make sure the work gets done to a high standard. She’s often the person who can see what’s missing, ask the right questions, and bring creative, content, and development together in a way that actually works.
Fun fact: Pauline helped launch and grow the Wilmington, Delaware chapter of Girl Develop It, helping 1,000+ women learn how to code.
