Sean Clendening

Sean is on a mission to make the internet a little less chaotic, one line of code at a time.

As Lead Developer at First Ascent, he oversees a talented team dedicated to creating beautiful, functional digital experiences that are both innovative and surprisingly free of embarrassing typos. A typical day for Sean involves wrangling complex code, collaborating with team members to develop creative solutions, and (mostly metaphorically) herding developers to keep projects on track.

When he’s not improving the digital landscape, Sean spends his time designing and teaching percussion ensembles and sharing his love for rhythm and music with others. He’s also known for catching live music performances with friends and attempting to manage his expectations when it comes to his local sports teams.

Fun fact: Sean is a triplet, so he’s practically a chaos management expert. That might just be why he’s so great at wrangling code and navigating the wild world of web development!
