We evaluate how other organizations are portraying themselves to their target audiences through branding, messaging, copywriting, and design.

2. Information Architecture & Content Writing

We build a sitemap that outlines your content to provide direction for our wireframing and website copy document process. This is where we begin creating your dream website. Writing a website is a very different skill set than writing a grant or an article, so our content team will interview you and your team to gather the information needed to draft your website content.

3. DESIGN

Our research findings inform the design process, so we can successfully convey your brand to your target audience. The first step is a stylescape where we determine what colors, typefaces, photography, icons, layouts, and other design elements should be used throughout the website. We then meet with you to review designs for the major webpages. We will also share a link for you to share the designs with other stakeholders so they have an opportunity to provide feedback.

4. DEVELOP

5. LAUNCH & MAINTAIN

We will conduct an SEO-aware launch process so that launching a new website doesn’t negatively affect your website’s findability online. We also stay on for at least a month after launch to remedy any bugs. Our maintenance process after launch includes hosting, security updates, and agency time that can be dedicated to creating new pages, forms, and other edits to the website. You will be able to make updates on your own, or just send us an email, and we’ll handle it for you.
